Concern About Unauthorized Use of My Personal Information I applied online for acting auditions and was invited by BCA Agency to The Wings Hotels Neva Palas Hotel on March 24, 2024, at 3:00 PM. Upon arrival, I was asked for my personal information, including my name, surname, phone number, and address, and photos were taken under the guise of a screen test. I do not consent to or authorize the use of these photos and information anywhere. Therefore, I declare that I will not accept any responsibility for any account opened or transactions made using my identity information and personal details after March 24, 2024, as these transactions are carried out without my wet signature and consent. (Name, surname, address, phone number, IBAN information, Turkish Republic Identity Number) I have absolutely no knowledge or consent to any transactions made or to be made using my personal identification information, such as bank accounts, Papara accounts, bank loans, subscriptions opened in my name, digital wallets, or company accounts, that may be carried out using my identity number or other information. I do not consent to any transaction that does not have my wet signature. Any application or transaction made without my wet signature is not mine, and I do not accept them. I do not allow my private information and photographs to be shared with third parties or used without my permission.

Yesterday they were at the Ramada Hotel in Izmir. I happened to be there for a training session. As soon as I got off the elevator to go to the training room, I saw that they had set up a table in the room opposite, supposedly for actor auditions. Knowing very well what kind of people they were, I stopped and warned a woman waiting with her child to please read the complaints about them. As soon as I warned them, a blonde, slender woman and another overweight woman with piercings, supposedly officials 😂, immediately revealed their vulgar faces and verbally attacked me. The overweight one grabbed my arm and said, "Let's go to the police station," etc. 😂😂😂 Anyway, I had to go to my training session, so I went to my own room. During the breaks, I tried to continue warning people, but unfortunately, I was prevented by the hotel management. Despite explaining the situation to the hotel management, I was told not to intervene. I said that even if I couldn't intervene inside the hotel, I would outside, and I returned to my training. Then, after my training finished, I left the hotel. There was another couple in front of the hotel door, and I gave them the same warning. Then they called over a fat, pierced guy, and he swore at me. The woman was hitting my car and yelling, "Hit me, let's go to the police station!" 😂😂😂 At the end of the day, they showed their true colors to the people there. And the woman even took pictures of my car and said they'd gotten my name from inside! 😂😂😂 I just wanted to leave a comment so they wouldn't call me too much! 😂😂😂😂

This company is a FRAUD AND A DECEPTIONIST. In 2020, I became interested in acting and was called to a meeting in a hotel in Çanakkale under the guise of an audition. They gave a speech, said I was selected, made me sign a contract, and made me sign promissory notes for the registration fee in installments. Two days later, I called and said I didn't want to receive their services and asked them to return my promissory notes, but they didn't. I sent an email, but nobody even responded. I'm trying to reach anyone, but I can't get through to anyone. Two years have passed, and today they have initiated foreclosure proceedings. This company and its employees are fraudulent and deceitful.

When we went for a test shoot, they demanded 15,000 TL for a one-year contract. This company didn't seem professional at all, and when I asked for the contract, they told me to make the payment. You don't inspire confidence. Also, it would have been better if you had explained this procedure over the phone; we wouldn't have had to go through all this trouble.
