The quality of service I encountered when I arrived to pick up my package was unacceptable. The staff were extremely indifferent; they neither looked at us nor bothered to engage in basic customer communication. I was unnecessarily kept waiting for a long time due to having to enter information repeatedly during the process. Despite this, no explanation was given, no communication was established, and the process was completely careless.

The delivery time was good, but the staff at the branch were incompetent and uncaring compared to other companies; they had no desire to work. We were waiting for them to finish the job on the computer without saying a word.

In December 2025, I ordered a product from Amazon, and when I returned it, it was lost by the Gulf DHL branch. Three months have passed, and it still hasn't been found, and I haven't received a refund. I've been trying to contact them for months, including the former branch manager, Mr. Muammer, and the current branch manager, Ms. Merve, but no solution has been found. I will be filing complaints with the head office and even with consumer rights organizations. I've lost both my product and my money.

I called back a minute after the delivery person called, and they said they couldn't come to the address again and that I had to go to the branch to pick it up. I tried to complain to the DHL Gulf branch, but they connected me to the delivery person, who again told me to come to the branch. When I said I would complain, they said I could. They are not doing their job properly; they absolutely cannot deliver or receive packages from them. I will also file a complaint with the relevant company.
