We made an agreement for the application. According to the contract, the application was to be delivered fully functional and published on app stores (App Store/Google Play) by April 29, 2025 at the latest. However, despite more than a year having passed: The application has not been published on any app store. I was only sent a non-functional link; neither the admin panel works nor can I upload content. In my conversations with the company, the process was constantly delayed with excuses to cover up their technical shortcomings, such as "Google/Apple policies have changed." The promises made in October were also not kept. Despite paying the contract price and any additional fees requested later down to the last penny, I have neither a working application nor can I find anyone to contact. I am complaining about this company, which is unprofessional, took my money, and did not deliver the service, causing me great hardship. I am sharing this process with the public so that no one else experiences a similar hardship.

I spent months, even years, providing feedback constantly, but each time we encountered an error or problem. At one point, the company owner intervened, and I was scammed a second time. Supposedly, they were contacting someone working at Google through their Dutch company to get them to publish the rejected application, and so on. When they started stalling again, I gave up. They said they would send the payment, but nothing ever happened. We've taken the matter to court and we'll see it through to the end.

They are a truly excellent team 👍 Just tell them your needs, and they'll take care of the rest in the best way possible. The mobile applications they create are both user-friendly and professional. They do their work meticulously and genuinely value customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Due to the events that transpired during this process, I pursued legal action, and despite a court order for a refund, EA Bilişim disregarded the court order and refused to return my payment. The company is failing to fulfill its commitments and is causing hardship to its customers. During this time, I contacted the company numerous times, approximately 30 times. Each time, I received only evasive and dismissive responses; no concrete steps were taken, and the project remained incomplete. Neither a clear explanation nor a solution to address my grievance was provided. I request that this experience be taken into consideration, that the necessary investigations be conducted, and that others not experience the same problems.
