I was directed here because the ADATA brand memory card I bought from hepsiburada.com about 5 months ago malfunctioned. When I wanted to return the product, even though I had the receipt, they said they couldn't accept it without the box, claiming they had a procedure of their own. Even though the memory card had a serial number, they said that number wasn't a serial number. In today's technologically advanced world, even t-shirts and shirts have unique serial numbers. They didn't repair it. I advise against buying products supplied by Endeks Bilişim; they didn't give me this information over the phone. I traveled from a different district to get my issue resolved quickly. I absolutely do not recommend them. I asked the representative there to show me a document or rule indicating that it had to be brought in its box, and they said they had already emailed hepsiburada.com. 🙂 If such a procedure exists, you should write it on the box. We, as consumers, shouldn't have to provide this information to such a large company.

We bought it from here through a pharmacy app. When the device broke down and we contacted support, they demanded a $15 service fee without even asking what the problem was. The device itself costs 3,000 TL. Because we were in a hurry, we asked for help over the phone, but they insisted we had to pay $15 and send the product. This was an incorrect approach. Our experience was quite negative.
