We have two companies; in one we use the CRM side, and in the other, the accounting side. I'm more involved in the accounting side. The accounting side is simple to use and convenient for making the necessary adjustments. You can request adjustments, changes, and reports according to your internal processes. For example, I wanted to track employee leave in the ESN program, and all the steps I requested were implemented. Automatic leave calculation at the end of the year and the approval of leave requests from employees being sent to their managers and the employee themselves are specific examples. It cannot be used as a general accounting program. There is no single chart of accounts logic. Some invoices have 70%-30% discrepancies, but this program doesn't do that. There are very few negative points I can mention; generally, all requests are resolved. For me, the accounting side is a 95 out of 100. There are some issues with the CRM side, but they are generally resolved. We use the CRM side integrated with LOGO. The program compatibility and price/performance ratio are satisfactory for managers and employees. The support and sales teams have also been very helpful in resolving requests quickly; they have taken swift action. Thank you.
