We used the program from June 2024 to December 2025. It's a program with a simple interface; they provide support when needed, but you have to call a landline number every time. It had many missing reports; we submitted our requests, but they're still under review. Even after we stopped using the program, they asked for a fee for one user to access the data again, and they said the data would be completely deleted one month after the contract ended. Now we'll have to try and export all our transaction records to Excel. This situation proves that we made the right decision to leave the system.

It is 10 times more detailed than other cloud programs and a very useful program as you learn. However, there is one thing that takes everything away; the server is incredibly slow. This was not a problem in the past, but nowadays it is really difficult to connect to the program, to the point of pushing people towards ERP.
