I went there for the book, they had it, it was sold out. We asked for it, it will arrive in two days. I went two days later, they said it would arrive on Monday. I went again, and after a week of stalling, they just said it wasn't available. They mislead people, cause them distress, and even cause students to fail their courses. Don't even go near them, or you'll suffer the consequences.

If you want to be scolded, definitely choose this place. It is a filthy establishment that does not know how to talk to customers and scolds them. I recommend you to choose the alternatives in the area.

We went to Zeytinburnu Municipality to buy an English language set using a coupon they provided for students. The book, which normally costs 125 TL, became 150 TL with the coupon. This is unfair profiteering and unethical from a commercial standpoint. Because people are forced to go there just for the coupon, other products are also 5% more expensive. I wish I could write something positive...

Before coming, I called and asked if the product I was looking for was available or not, they said yes, you can come and get it, it took me 55 minutes to get there because of the traffic, but when I arrived, they said they didn't have that product, so why do they say they do and make people suffer so much? Shame on processors like you.
