However, a few days ago, when I went there, the staff member upstairs acted disrespectfully and absurdly, saying that the activity certificate, which I used to get for 10 TL, now costs 75 TL and will increase to 150 TL. I do not forgive the dues we paid; may it be haram (forbidden). I condemn his behavior and speech and invite him to be polite. I pointed out that the price of the activity certificate was high, and he said that 75 TL was insignificant, that we take the bus, and that 75 TL is not enough when we eat out. He should actually be an economist. On top of that, he said he doesn't take me seriously. I don't take him seriously at all and I strongly condemn him again. It's shameful; they come to our door many times during election time, and we have never treated anyone like this.

I went there for company registration procedures. It took about an hour. Neither of the two clerks handling the process offered me a cup of tea. While they were served tea and coffee, they didn't even have the courtesy to ask if I wanted any. It's important not to forget how to be human.

Friendly people and staff make everyone who visits happy, but if everyone is grumpy, it spreads unhappiness. I was pleased with the service, thank you and regards.
