The project was initially expected to be completed in around 5 months, but in reality it extended to almost 2 years without proper justification. Several key deliverables were never provided, and some of the files delivered required long waiting times (up to one month) yet still contained technical errors and were not usable in a professional context. The initial brand guidelines were incomplete, which affected the consistency of the entire project. Many corrections requested were simply to fix these issues and bring the work up to a basic professional level. In some cases, similar adjustments were completed independently within hours, which highlights a significant gap in execution efficiency. A large portion of the fee was requested early in the process, despite the initial phase not being properly completed. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend reviewing all feedback carefully before engaging.
