We want to inform other customers by sharing our negative experience with Master Webdesign. We found this company online and agreed to have our website built. Mr. Emrah, the owner himself, handled our case and told us they had a large team, would finish the job quickly, and were number one in Türkiye. Believing these promises, we started working with them. However, despite waiting for over a year and a half, we still haven't received a result. Mr. Emrah, appearing well-intentioned and speaking calmly, constantly stalled us. Here are the details of the problems we experienced: Project Incompleteness: Our website is still unfinished. It has been constantly delayed, and no concrete progress has been made. Poor Workmanship: The current site is very poor. We showed it to multiple experts, and they all stated that the site was very badly done. No one even wants to touch the site. Unfinished Extras: We requested extras during the project and paid for them separately. However, none of these extra requests were completed. Failure to Start Another Project: Halfway through the project, we wanted to have a simpler website built for another company. Mr. Emrah and his team said they would build this website and deliver it immediately. However, despite taking the money, they never started the project and haven't returned it. In short, Mr. Emrah took far too much money from us and offered no solution. Now we want the passwords and information back, weeks have passed, but they still haven't returned them. If you want to become mentally ill and have nervous breakdowns, please start working with Master Webdesign immediately. They will make you sick with their beautiful and calm tone of voice. Currently, we are filing a lawsuit due to the financial and emotional damages we have suffered. We will also be suing for the business time we lost over a year and a half ago. We don't want anyone else to experience the difficulties we went through, so we feel it's our duty to inform other customers by sharing this review.
