StockMount

We started using the Marketplace E-Invoice integration on November 27, 2025. Automatically displaying orders and sending invoices to the marketplace with a single click has made our job much easier. Although we did experience some installation difficulties with the support team, they were always very understanding and helpful. The app is currently meeting our needs perfectly. Thanks to everyone involved. I will update the review if I experience any positive or negative changes after extended use. Thank you, StockMount.

The software's interface is stuck in the early 2000s and hasn't even bothered to be updated. The product matching process is a complete nightmare. The biggest scandal is in the invoicing module; the system skips invoice numbers. Their solution is to "issue invoices one by one." Why are we paying for this software if it's not going to automate things? The support team only gives copy-paste answers instead of solving problems. Don't waste your time and money; you'll be better off tracking things manually. Even one star is too much.

Hello, if possible, I would like to request the cancellation of my membership and a refund of the amount I paid. I am sharing the response I received. Regarding your refund request; considering Article 10 of the StockMount User Agreement, which states that "Either party may unilaterally terminate this agreement and its annexes. If the user unilaterally terminates the agreement before the end of the contract period, StockMount will not issue a refund. The user accepts this condition in advance," a refund is not deemed appropriate for you. Additionally, since the services you purchased fall under the category of "services performed instantly in electronic form" according to Article 15, Section 3, Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in the Distance Contracts Regulation, a refund is not possible for you.
