I exchanged my own processor, motherboard, and RAM for an i9 14900kf, a B760 motherboard, and a liquid cooling system, plus 4000 TL in cash. First, they gave me a faulty processor and motherboard. I kept getting errors in tests. I told them, "Look, sir," but they didn't believe me, saying, "You must have done it." They showed me a test where the liquid cooling was at its best at 100 degrees and said it was normal. To make matters worse, I experienced constant crashes. (Photos 1 and 2) Then, when removing the liquid cooling from my motherboard, they tried to remove it excessively roughly, damaging my own motherboard. I only realized this the day I returned it. On February 24, 2026, I went home, installed the parts, and until then, we hadn't had any problems. I thought, "Well, we've returned it." Then I noticed the CPU light on the motherboard was red, and the heat wasn't even reaching the processor. He scratched the motherboard (Photos 3 and 4). I personally took my working parts there, and this is the problem he created. He said, "Let's talk in the morning," and when I said, "My motherboard is broken, didn't you fix this?" he came and implied, "You broke it, you installed something incorrectly," and yelled and screamed at me on the phone, then hung up on me. He took my 4000 TL and ruined my beautiful motherboard. I came all the way from Arnavutköy, and he showed no mercy. This is not how a tradesman should be. DON'T TRUST HIM, DON'T GIVE HIM YOUR GOODS. THEY ARE NOT SKILLED, THEY ARE TERRIBLE. Now I am pursuing legal action, and I do not forgive him.

I was gathering the components for my computer case and looking for a place to assemble it. Large sales companies don't do assembly work unless you buy a complete system from them. As someone from Üsküdar, I decided to look for a place in my own district instead of going to Kadıköy. For those of you who might ask, their prices are quite reasonable. They work hard to find the most suitable solution and achieve the best result. Therefore, I recommend them to everyone; you can entrust your device to them with peace of mind. And you will not regret it in any way. I am very satisfied.
